THIS IS AN "OPEN BOOK" EXAMINATION AND YOU MAY USE RADIATION SAFETY TRAINING MATERIALS TO HELP TAKE IT. HOWEVER, IT MUST REPRESENT YOUR OWN WORK AND YOU MAY NOT COPY FROM OTHER PEOPLE.

The
Test Format *NEW*
The Refresher Test has been designed to allow you to enter your answer selections directly on-line and then obtain an instant electronic grade. The page that provides your test grade will also supply you with instructions on validating the completion of your Refresher Test -PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE CLOSING OUT OF THE GRADE SCREEN.
The test is in multiple-choice format and has been constructed so that you must have read each module before obtaining access to this test.
Once you have received your electronic grade you must validate that you have taken the on-line Refresher Test by printing off a copy of the grade screen, signing the "certificate" and then mailing it to: Box HPH
Please remember to pass the Refresher Test you must have grade of 70% or better.
After your validation/grade results print out has been received by the RSU your grade will be entered into your file. You will have satisfied the annual requirement for refresher testing with a passing score of 70% or better.
