RIVER & SOUTH CAMPUS WASTE PICK UP

ALL WASTE PICK UP REQUESTS MUST BE MADE BY 12:00PM ON THE MONDAY BEFORE THE PICK UP DATE IN ORDER TO HAVE YOUR WASTE PICKED UP ON TUESDAY.**

When you request a pick up, please supply the following information: Your Name, PI Name, Lab Location, Phone Number, Number of Containers and what isotope is being picked up.

**Containers must be completely sealed and surveyed for exterior surface contamination and have a completed radioactive material tag with current activity and RS# attached. Please insure all waste tags are complete for each container.
