- Part 1 CBT: Privacy, Security, and Introduction to CIS Results and Orders
This CBT includes an overview of 'privacy and security' and a brief introduction to CIS and includes a form at the end to request access. This CBT will go through how to view results, write and edit orders, medication reconcilliation (if you are a provider), and how to enter allergies on patients and patient factors.

This CBT will go through how to view results, write and edit orders, and how to enter allergies on patients and patient factors.
I am a Patient Secretary

This CBT includes an overview of 'privacy and security' and basic features for a patient secretary account.

Multiple sections devoted to viewing vitals, chart vitals, revising vitals, viewing I&Os, charting I&Os, and Revising I&Os. Other items such as PHI/HIPPA are also available.

- Within 2-3 business days of submitting your request, you will be notified via your UR email account that your CIS account is ready to be picked up (for initial account), or that you have Orders access.
